Shipping
We ship worldwide.
All orders received during business hours from Monday to Friday will be processed for shipment within 5 working days.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder before contacting us. Should there be any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
For international shipping, we use DHL. Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm, or provide a business address.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
If you're located within Kenya, we offer Wells Fargo and G4S shipping services. We charge $25 for worldwide shipping, $5 for deliveries within Nairobi and $10 for shipping throughout the rest of Kenya.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order, items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.
Please note, we do not issue cash refunds on return. If you have chosen the wrong size or are not happy with the purchase, we can offer you a credit.
Ra by Rushina is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a tracked Signed For delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Changes to Your Order
If you require any changes to your order, including a change of delivery address and/or item sizing, please contact us on info@rabyrushina.com as soon as possible so all changes can be made ahead of shipping.
If your order has already been processed, we accept no responsibility for the incorrect details entered at Checkout. However, our Returns process is available for changing incorrect items.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. We reserve the right to cancel any order after purchase.

Transaction processing is based in Kenya. If you are using an international payment method, your bank may apply international transaction fees.
